Mr. Parsons founded Camp Lake Capital in 2021 and serves as the firm's Managing Partner. Mr. Parsons brings 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, principally focused on the Industrial sector. Mr. Parsons is responsible for all aspects of the firm's investment process. ​

 

Prior to joining CLC, Mr. Parsons spent 14 years as an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey's Industrials team, primarily focused on the metals and engineered materials sector, and two years at Baird Capital Partners, focused on the Manufactured Products sector, where he executed private equity investments in the industrial, healthcare, and specialty consumer industries.  

 

Mr. Parsons graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance and from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship.
